Dr.Mepanie, I only met her once when had a colonoscopy done. Never even saw her after that. She and her nursing staff seemed two have a don't give a crap attitude. I will never go back to this office. They made me feel like crap. Still in pain.

I'm giving two stars because Dr. Mepani did diagnose me and solved my issue at time. I'm taking away three stars, because it is inadmissible that a patient of hers has to stay in pain 'waiting' for an appointment that will take 6 months to see her from the time of booking. You are reading correctly, I'm a established patient and her office says the earliest I can see her is in 6 months from now. So, she does say she is accepting new patients, stay away if you want a doctor that cares and won't leave you hanging for 6 months. She is also very rushed in her appointments, which seems to be a norm of U.S. doctors unfortunately. So sad the state of the medical industry in this country.

When the going gets tough, Dr. Mepani does nothing. I have Ulcerative Colitis. Under Dr. Mepani’s care, I ended up in the hospital twice in a 10 week period and she didn’t reach out to me ONCE. During one of my stays, the GI Dr who saw me told me he isn’t familiar with this disease and to just follow up with her when I’m released. This is not acceptable “care” when you’re in the hospital with an auto-immune issue.
