Dr Rosenwasser is a brilliant surgeon and has a compassionate bedside manner! He has performed many surgeries on both of my hands with no pain! I'm still under his care..I strongly recommend him, he will not disappoint you! I was very anxious about getting surgery on my hand's for fear that i might be crippled, but Dr Rosenwasser put those fears to rest! He is top knotch. Dr. Rosenwasser was able to repair my left thumb after 3 prior surgeries. The initial CMC joint procedure for arthritis was performed by a hand surgeon that did not take into account that my CMC joint was much more loose than usual. As a result, the surgery left me with a thumb that was out of normal position, very unstable, and very weak. The surgeon's only solution was to fuse the joint, making it permanently immovable. I refused and instead went to another hand surgeon who thought she could correct the problem. After 2 additional surgeries, there was no noticeable improvement. Her solution; fuse the joint. Instead, I went on-line and researched possible unfavorable outcomes to CMC joint surgery for arthritis. Statistics showed that the outcome I had was predictable and inevitable. Further research led me to an article by Dr. Rosenwasser and his colleagues describing the addition steps that needed to be taken to ensure the outcome I experienced did not occur. Even though I live 5 hours away, I made an appointment with Dr. Rosenwasser who assured me he could correct the problem and he did. Even though that surgery was more extensive than either of the 3 prior surgeries, I had much less pain and swelling and had a much quicker recovery. By 7 weeks post-surgery, I had full use of the thumb again. I'm going to be scheduling CMC joint surgery for the arthritis in my other hand with Dr. Rosenwasser soon. I know I'll be in the best hands! Thank you, thank you, Dr. Rosenwasser!

I am truly MOST happy with the care provided by Dr Rosenwasser and his amazing team. The communication, professionalism, and emotional support provided to me (who needs extra help mind you) was outstanding. From hello they had me cared for every second of the way.

Unfortunately, the medical system in this country is another issue as I’m still waiting to get into PT. I start next week finally (surgery was June 5 or so) due to minimal availability in that field. I’m having some developing issues now….uhh oh!! I can only hope this amazing team achievement in helping me has not been pushed back some steps….
