We had done the entire Kitchen remodeling and the project was handled with good supervision over contractors. the contractors showed up each day same time and left at same time to up next day. Details were considered throughout the time. Did take longer than expected because more things were discovered after demolishing. This was fixed and taken care of. I hired Melchior Construction initially to remodel my shower and bath. During initial discussions I mentioned I also wanted to replace my furnace and a/c and was collecting bids. Luke was able to find and install new furnace and a/c units at a much lower cost than several bids I received and saved me thousands of dollars.
