I have worked with Melanie over the years on three separate projects for my home. Her designs always exceed my expectations. Melanie has an eye for color that is genius! The colors she picked for the exterior of my home were so amazing that I had neighbors that I had never met before wanting to ring my doorbell to tell me how wonderful my house looked and wanting to know what colors I had used on my home. When I moved into my fixer upper she helped pick out the wall color, light fixtures, and accents to tie together the spaces. People always walk into my home and comment how gorgeous it is. I am absolutely in love with the master bathroom she designed. It is like no other bathroom I have ever seen and even better was she was able to work within the budget I had. Melanie is able to design spaces to suit your style, taste, and budget. Her work is original and timeless. People won’t walk in to your house and be able to put a time stamp on the last time you remodeled. She isn’t a designer that tries to impose her style on you. I can’t wait to work with her again to design my other two bathrooms!

Melanie Rose just finished my lake house and I could not be more pleased. This is the second time I’ve worked with her. She worked with me on my house in the Tampa area in 2016 when we did a total remodel. I thought then her work was excellent but she exceeded my expectations. My house in Tampa is more formal/traditional and I was looking for a more cottage, cozy feel for my lake house. When she was done I was like wow! I have the best of both worlds. You tell her what you want and she will design it.
