There were around 5 or 6 Mc crary trucks that saw the incident. They decided to hit the light post, get out of the trucks, checked the truck that hit the light post for damage, then left the scene.

I’m sorry you feel that way, but that’s not how it happened, and I never stated they were just standing around. the truth is that everyone involved saw what happened, yelled profanities, laughed about it, then proceeded to take off.
After that there was a mc crary truck that drove past some time later but did not come back. The cops were notified, along with your company, which only after the cops were involved did your rep come back and stay there.
As far as everything else, your other reviews speak for themselves.

I called Mc Crary and sons a couple days ago when they were across the street servicing my neighbor’s home. The woman on the phone was so kind!
AND the guys showed up the NEXT DAY.
The guys did incredible work cleaning up my property, even trimming and cleaning up areas I haven’t been able to get to in the back yard for a few years!
I feel like I have a new back yard and front yard.
I’m definitely using them from now on.
Highly recommend. Thanks to all of you!

McCrary and Son’s has always taken care of our needs. They do regular weed management, field mowing, aerating and fertilizers as needed. They have a nice lady who does scheduling and the crews are always respectful and do a great job.

The work they did was fine. The issue is in how this (and maybe other) lawn-care companies operate. An employee called the day before he planned to come out and left a voicemail, but we were out of town and not checking messages. When we returned four days after our lawn was treated, we got the voicemail. The problem: We didn't want our lawn treated, and had we been able to talk to the employee when he called, we would have canceled. To come back from a trip and find our lawn was treated without our consent -- and to be billed for it -- was aggravating. Even more concerning is that our dog must have been romping on a newly-treated lawn, because our housesitter had no idea the there were chemicals on it. The owner advised me that this is how they do business, that we are liable for the bill, and if he had to wait for every one of his 1,000-plus customers to respond to a day-before phone call, he'd be out of business. We have since found a smaller business that is much more accommodating.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!Absolutely and totally unprofessional. 6-7 guys sitting around smoking and messing on their phones. Here for hours , and doing very little work. They parked on the street right across from each other with their trailers hanging out nearly blocking off the entire road. One gentlemen only barely got through and had trouble getting into his drive way, while one of your employees (who was in the way never moved). That employee asked “got a problem?” to the gentlemen and shrugged him off. A school bus nearly didn’t get through! They just watched! As they were leaving that same employee dumped trash in the gentleman’s yard debris bin. When the gentlemen confronted him about it your employee argued and blew him off as other employees laughed. That gentleman had to come out and clean it himself. Not one employee was professional. Not one employee tried to rectify the problem. I’m embarrassed and appalled that this is the only level of service available in my neighborhood.

I've used them twice for fall clean up. They never showed until spring the first time, and didn't call to verify I still wanted them to show. Second time they showed in January. I had already done most of the clean up myself (Even the worker commented "You really don't have much left to do, do you?") but ask them to do a few specific things. Trim hillside bushes, clean the debris under the balcony, cut the grass around the chicken coop. I had to leave for a few hours when they arrived for the work. When I returned they were gone and all that was done was the chicken coop and 6 bushes trimmed near the front porch. I had a whole lot of bushes remaining untouched. I had specifically pointed out to cut those up to the fire pit. Nothing else was done. I got a bill for near $400. I figured I'd still pay it to legitimize my complaint, and wrote a note with the bill stating I was very disappointed in the service given. Evidently they could care less because I never heard from them.

My landlord hired them to turn on our sprinklers. They showed up 90 minutes prior to the scheduled time and I wan't home. My teenage daughters opened the door and the maintenance guy walked right into our home. I had previously informed them I would prefer to NOT have them enter due to COVID but they went ahead and came in and were not masked nor did they remove their shoes. When I called the office to complain I was basically brushed off and treated like "no big deal". Never should an adult man enter a home where a teenage girl is home alone. Never should anyone enter someone's home without permission, ESPECIALLY during uncertain times. I am so upset with them right now. Horrible experience!
