Just finished replacing 2 decks and required updating of foundation, stairway, permit, soils engineer, structural engineering etc,.
Excellent workmanship, way overbudget and I had major communication problems with the foreman. I recommend reviewing all invoices for labor hours including lunch hours (one hour). Careful reviewing resulted in billed hours being reduced.
