Had a survey issue with a plat. The crew came out and got the issue resolved. The disconnect is with Sonya. Agreed on price for survey that was fine. Paid extra for the for what I was told new plat drawing and registration with the courthouse. Was told I had to sign paperwork to record. Received new plat drawing without signing anything, but no courthouse stamp. When I called Sonya and questioned what was going on she was very rude and said she had better things to do than run to courthouse and that was $15 addition dollars. Would have paid the $15 with either of the payments if she would have told me. Would not recommend her to anyone. She is a sarcastic and ignorant woman to deal with.

Needed a small survey done to have my new house steaked off. They were available early, had work done in no time. Even had to dig up some burried steaks. Overall great experience at a fair price.
