We added an addition to our mid century home in Palm Springs. Michael was fantastic. The addition looks indistinguishable from the rest of the home, which was the goal. Michael’s work was first rate and was on time and within budget. I would highly recommend him and his company for any construction project. I am in construction in Portland and have an excellent idea of how the business works.

For over forty years I have worked with contractors around the country in my role as the founder of tile and stone companies.
At the same time I was involved in the development of real estate projects in Portland ranging from homes to small hotels.
Recently my husband and I purchased a home in Palm Springs and added an addition with the help of Michael Berryhill. In collaboration with our architect in Portland Michael executed a gem that far exceeded our expectations .

The new house is integrated so beautifully that you cannot tell where the original ends and the new space begins. On time and on budget , with very little oversight from us, Michael created something that functions perfectly and looks fantastic. I highly recommend him for his hard work, independence , problem solving, and integrity.

Michael was an excellent communicator (the best I've experienced in a GC) whether by phone, text or email. He sent photos as work progressed and regularly asked for feedback. He's punctual and gets things done when he says he will. He's resourceful and knows where to source things or which sub to call: even the busiest folks pick up the phone for Michael Berryhill.
