They are working on an apartment complex in my neighborhood and the workers are leaving trash all up and down Robie Ct. where they park. That is rude and unnecessary.

To respond to owner: Thank youbfor your reply. I just see workers with bright yellow vests on getting in and out of the parked cars. In the evening, I walk my dog on that street and I've just noticed the trash has gotten worse and worse along the gutter/planter area.

I recently bought a newly built property by Mayor Construction LLC. I have had an unfortunate experience working with them in regards to fixing obvious construction defects. Half of the property had zero insulation in the crawl space and I am the one that found it. Goes to show that the attention to detail simply wasn't there. I am now dealing with what appears to be the nails coming up through the flooring. Leo had his guys come by to look at it and they proceeded to start banging the bumps in the floor with a hammer. I couldn't believe it. Leo told me that replacing the floor was not an option so at this point I am forced to go down the legal route. I have a puppy who broke off a piece of kitchen cabinet trim with her tail while we were away. Come to find out the trim was held on with 1 nail with was protruding after the trim fell off. The dog wagged her tail into the 1 nail so bad that we had to have her tail amputated. There are many other issues, just would be too long a review. Use this contractor if you want shoddy workmanship and lack of accountability. Good luck if you do.

I have seen first hand the unprofessionalism that this contractor possesses. We had a few issues, Leo sent some guys to fix them and all the issues are back but worse. They nickel and dime you and look for the cheapest solution possible, not the RIGHT solution. I've worked in the home remodeling business for some time and the devil is in the details. Unfortunately, the small details were missed here. Sad.

Huge disappointment. We were ready to accept his bid after doing our due diligence by getting three estimates. Leo got upset when he learned of this.He then teamed up with another person whom gave us a higher bid - so he won't honor his bid . He definitely lacked professionalism.
