Horrible service they don’t return calls or emails. My car was damaged by the gate coming down on it. Stated they would review the cameras but waited
to long to review and footage was no longer available. If I could give zero stars would.

Absolutely horrible management company! Does not communicate at all and rarely answers the office phone or emails. They target houses for notices even if the same offense is literally right next door. They do not keep up with the common areas of neighborhoods until there are numerous complaints. Waste of money for a neighborhood to employ May Management St Augustine!

If your looking for a place that cares for the safety of their community, look no further May Management is it! I would highly recommend them. Their administration department is great. Working with Diana Gruber at Whisper Creek has been nothing less than amazing she is efficient and kind.

The gate at my community closes at 6pm currently and residents don’t have access to get in the community after 6pm. Read that sentence again. I’m serious. That’s actually happening. They changed the entry system without notification and nobody has access. May management is acting like it’s something they can solve when convenient to get someone out here. I’m actively not leaving my house at night because it’s unclear when I might be able to get back in. Could there be a worse management company out there? You can’t even get me access to my home?

Contacted Diana Gruber of May management regarding a needed sprinkler repair. I was very pleased to see such a quick response. The needed repairs were completed the same day.

Terrible property management company. They charge a fee when you use direct deposit. They also sent out a book to mail checks with the wrong address on it causing checks to be returned. Embarrassingly bad at their jobs.

Good to see successful businesses lasting throughout the years. Started with May Mgmt in the 90s and they have met expectations through the years from our condo complex to a gated home community and now here. Keep up the good work.

I have personally had May Management as our HOA's manager for about 18 years. They have done a great job in taking care of issues as well as accounting and financial services. They are highly recommended.
