Mavericks Builders was the original contractor on our townhouse complex so when it was time to remodel, we reached out to them first. Their team was responsive and had great ideas, They introduced us to an architect and helped us build our remodel team.

We loved our original house but it was built several years ago and we were ready to for a full update. We remodeled the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, new stairs and railing, new closet interiors. We added an interior sauna and steam room. We also redid our back area with a new outdoor kitchen and hot tub. It is like a brand-new house and we love it. The interior is very clean and modern, and we couldn’t be happier. The process took over a year which seemed like a long time, but it was so worth it. The crew at Mavericks was attentive, considerate, and commutative which was important for us. Also, they were great at what they do and we couldn’t be happier with our choice and final product.

I worked with Mavericks Builders to build a 5600 sf steel house after we lost our home to a fire. I was a tragic time but they really helped us and now we are on the other side.
We added an ADU in the rear yard which we are using as a guest house and have added a pool house which we all love.
Our house is three stories with an elevator (absolute must have) and a lot of high tech home equipment.We went with a very modern style and are really enjoying every aspect of it.
Mavericks had many great ideas and helped us through this process. The crew was great and bonded with our family.
We are grateful for their hard work and would use them again.

I am preparing for a flip project and fully intend to work with Robin Nielsen at Mavericks. Robin recently presented the workflow and process with Mavericks and I was very impressed with how seamless it is and how they will integrate with your realtor and financing. I thought it was much more complicated and somebody like me would struggle to do this on the side however I am getting ready to go thanks to Robin!

Maverick’s Builders did a full remodel of my home. Everything was changed from floor to ceiling. New kitchen, bath, closets, paint, wallpaper…
They were always on time and worked very quickly.
The owner, Robin, helped with picking finishes and decorating and I’m so happy she did because she has really good taste and my home is wonderful now.
