John and his crew are great! Our bathroom was done in 2022, but we had issues with the floor. Not because of John and his crew but the product. However, John is a standup businessman and still fixed it. He found a new product and replaced it. Words can’t express how happy we are with his craftsmanship and the results.

Great experience with Masterwork! John and Jimmy have a great team that doesn’t require a lot of oversight. They know what they are doing and take pride in the results. You provide the quality parts, tile, cabinetry you want and they will work with it. Spend a little or spend a lot, you are not forced into what they sell you. Had three showers completely gutted and rebuilt. We are extremely pleased with the results, especially the shower and floor tile. You won’t regret using Masterwork for your remodel.

If you need a remodel done, this is the company to use! We were impressed right from the start when they came to quote us for the remodel. They took the time to explain everything and answered all of our million questions. They were able to work within our budget and helped us get a beautifully renovated bathroom. There was an issue with a defective tub that delayed the remodel, but they quickly handled the issue and worked with the manufacturer. They had to replace the new tub which also meant replacement of new tile too. They took care of it, never asked for anything additional and their guys are professional and wonderful. We never were pressured for any payments and we had a contract that was very clear and followed. These guys know their stuff and do quality work that they stand behind. We loved how they were so reliable, polite, and cleaned everything up daily. We are so grateful for them and have been enjoying our new bathroom since March of 2023. We highly recommend MasterWork!

John and his team were great. We contacted him to remodel our kitchen. During the initial consultation, John answered all our questions and thoroughly explained the process. When construction began, his team was friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. John was present through each stage of the process and maintained an open line of communication. When unforeseen issues arose, as they do with remodels, John and his team were quick to relay what they were and gave us options as to how to resolve them. We never felt uninvolved or pressured to make a decision we were not comfortable with. The end result is a gorgeous kitchen that we could not be more happy with. We would definitely use them again for future projects.
