Marshall Geoscience did an outstanding job on our recent project in Los Angeles, which involved the demolition and fill-up of an old swimming pool and subsequent construction of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (“ADU”) in our apartment complex. They were responsible for the bottom observation, observation and testing of compaction, as well as final rough grade and the foundation inspection for the ADU. The project site was in a liquefaction and methane zone, so liquefaction analysis was required in the soil report as well as a separate methane report. Their expertise truly shine through. The team provided a detailed daily field memos and a clear compaction report that was instrumental in ensuring the site was prepared to the highest standards.

I live on a hillside property and was having several problems with my residence, including uneven floors inside the house and on the deck, settlement, water seepage on the slope, tilting retaining walls, cracks on the wall.
