We are wholly pleased with our recent walk-in tub installation by the MARS Project Management team! Each appointment was kept (always on time!), and we were treated with courtesy and professionalism by all company representatives and workmen, who worked together to help us realize the extensive professional master bath redesign and specialty tub installation we were wanting. Work started on schedule, the workmen went to great lengths to protect carpets and other existing surfaces in our home, and even worked to minimize any scheduling inconveniences to us. Communication throughout was outstanding, and all phone calls and e-mails were always addressed promptly. The project was completed on time and there were no surprise or hidden costs. A complete clean-up took place at the end of each workday, followed by a thorough cleaning upon completion of the project. Only top-quality materials and fixtures were used, our walk-in tub fits perfectly into the space that was custom made for it, and the tub fills and drains quickly and correctly (no leaks!).
Close inspection of the workmanship for this installation reveals outstanding attention to detail: Drywall repair/replacement (as needed) is perfect. The alcove in which the tub sits is floored with expertly-installed high-grade Lifeproof Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and finished with 1.5” baseboards – with flooring and baseboards installed even where they are no longer visible now that the tub is in place! The finished product is even more functional and attractive than we had anticipated, suiting our wants and needs perfectly. Thank you, MARS Project Management team, for a job well done. RECOMMENDED!
