I had high hopes when we started. Everyone was super nice. And then I noticed my billing were not per our contract. I contacted the support team that I initiated the contract and trained with.

Turns out they had an error on their side and decided they would just charge me more to make up for it. I told them not to charge for the next month until we resolved our dispute. They charged for the next month and still at the incorrect rate.

After a month and a half of trying to resolve I decided to cancel. Their best option was admitting that they made a mistake, but they would not refund the incorrect charges. Instead they would apply them to future charges.

At this point I was fed up with chasing this. I asked for my refund of charges that we incorrect and to cancel. If not I would dispute the charges with the CC company and leave a review explaining how our account was handled.

Travis Niles, Director of Customer Success, told me to go ahead and do what I need to do. So here it is.

I do not recommend this company from the standpoint of being honest business people, and on top of that the program was not that great.

This is NOT the same, excellent Market Sharp company. They were taken over by a large conglomerate with tens of thousands of employees and fast, customer service has disappeared. You can still get a phone call back from "somewhere" but the personal relationships are gone. No good for fast, critical issues. The site is still excellent though.

Their customer service is abysmal. We went with another CRM as of July 2023. I have been trying since then to cancel. They keep giving me the same story. "I have put your cancellation active as of today". I guess I will have to get my attorney involved. They have obtained over $2000 in charges for a program we haven't been using...

Company ignored multiple requests to cancel agreement. Representative explicitly stated in email that agreement would expire on x date, agreement continued past date and we were billed and all communication was halted. Awful customer service.

The customer service is awful. I have emailed them on 2 occasions about our service without a response. We had to close one of our businesses and as any business owner knows, this is hard on you emotionally and financially. I kindly asked for them to close my account early. I emailed 2 individuals that could have easily given me a yes or no answer. I emailed them on 4/23/2024 6/20/24 and I still have not received any answer. Yet they have no problem billing me monthly and I am sure if I didn't pay they would be contacting me.

every year they keep growing the program and adding in new features that continually help us grow our business
There integrations with other programs just make everything easier and easier.
There customer support is still as amazing as it was when we started. They are there every step of the way every day.
