Mark Anthony Construction and Roofing is an excellent company to work with. They installed a GAF roof for my home in August 2024. The communication was always very prompt and clear which I really appreciated. The workmanship was also excellent and the crew was friendly, on-time, and the site was in order each day. I had a solar contractor that was difficult to interface with, but Alex extended his professionalism and patience to them to successfully resolve the issues. I found the price competitive and I very highly recommend this company.

I am always skeptical with businesses and contractors doing work to my home. I have had a few bad experiences with different contractors. Mark Anthony Roofing is the exception. From start to finish installing a complete new roof went flawlessly. Mark, Alex, and Ted along with the entire roofing crew were communicative, respond immediately, answer your questions, professional, not pushy, the list goes on and on. Oh and the fantastic roofing crew works for Mark Anthony Roofing, no sub contractors. Also, when do you find the best that is competively priced, does the job right and stands behind their product and work and provides that with documentation. No need to search for any other roofing company, the best is right here.

I am remiss in not recommending Mark Anthony sooner. In March of 2018 they replaced my roof and did a beautiful (and quick) job. In December 2022, I was installing solar panels and Mark Anthony came out to do the roof penetrations so my warranty would stay intact. Again they did an excellent job working with the solar company (Global heating, air conditioning, & solar). When it comes to something as important as a roof over your head, I would absolutely recommend this company

From start to finish Mark and his team (including his son Alex) have been extremely professional and thorough. They explained the whole process to me and gave me great confidence even before starting anything. They were very competitive and were recommended by 2 of my neighbors who had their roof done by Mark and his team as well. It is my turn now to highly recommend them to anyone looking at installing a new roof that will last many many years.

Very big evolution for us getting a new roof on our old house. Mark and his team were absolutely great. We got caught up in the recent rains and they did a great job keeping things moving. They were the middle bid out of 3 but I saw high levels of satisfaction on reviews and, as it turned out, I'm now one of them too! We are happy. Now time to paint 🙂

Mark, the owner was totally prepared when he initially met with us. He had samples of materials, copies of the business license/insurance, and a referral list. I liked that GAF listed their company on the GAF website. It helped me in my selection. Alex did a great job scheduling/coordinating the various crews and the city inspection. The various crews seemed to stay on task and were polite. There were a few minor things I would have preferred handled differently. I would have liked having a change order for the minimal extra charge of re-stapling the plywood. That was an additional charge that I found out about on the final invoice. The workers, in preparing for the replacement of a beam, left a large opening from the outside into our attic. This would have been open for days. My husband and I spent a couple hours closing the opening to prevent possible entry of rats/rodents. The crews cleaned up at the end of each day. Most of the days they moved the mess from one area to another area, i.e. onto the grass or into the side area of our front door entryway. They did a more thorough cleaning the end of the last day of their work at our house. However, as I have been working outside, I have found nails, roofing staples and round plastic washers around our yard, i.e. in our plants, flowerbeds, the grass and on the concrete. I would have liked for Mark, the owner, to get on the roof and check his crews' work. I'm assuming he leaves that responsibility to his crew foremen. Overall, we were satisfied with the work done by Mark Anthony Construction & Roofing, Inc. I would recommend the company to anyone needing a new roof.
