I have used Marcus Bohler (MB) twice now and both times have had a very good experience. The first job I had done by them was drywall ceiling repair, some bathroom plumbing and electrical alterations, and painting of our master bedroom and bath. Their estimator, James came out within one day of my initial call, and provided an estimate on the spot. It was fair, so we scheduled the work. I had to have our roof replaced by our solar company prior to making the interior repairs (from roof leaks), so I had to reschedule with MB twice, but they were very easy to work with and accommodated the changes. They arrived on time on the scheduled day and completed 75% of the work in one day. I was especially impressed with how well the crew kept the debris contained, and minimized any impact to the rest of our house. The following day they wrapped up the painting and cleanup. I usually have to make a punch list and have contractors back out to make corrections, but with MB I only found one thing needing a slight correction and they were out to fix it within a day.

Because they did a great job at my house, I called them a few months later when we were trying to help my sister-in-law sell her mobile home, which needed some painting and carpet replacement. James came out the next day to estimate the work, and I received the estimate the following day. The work was scheduled within a week. The paint crew came out and finished the master bedroom, bath and closet in less than a day. The carpet crew came out a few days later and replaced two bedrooms in just four hours. As with my own house, I found nothing lacking in the workmanship. The pricing is fair, the crews do good work, they keep to schedule and commitments, and everyone I interacted with was great. What more could you ask for?

Marcus Bohler construction company’s definitely the best one in the area to use. They are good communicators, quick to provide a quote and they do excellent quality work.
I definitely recommend that if you need a job done in a professional manner that you use Marcus Bohler we had them install posts to support our carport awning. From the first call that I made to Marcus until the end of the job he was very professional at all times, he kept his word regarding anything they said they would do or when they would show up.
Rick and Billy the workers that came to our house were also very professional, very timely and very respectful.
I don’t think we have had many better experiences than this one when it comes to having work done.

I found Marcus Bohler Construction on a community forum where others recommended their quality work. After estimates with several companies, I decided to hire Marcus Bohler for a series of exterior work (painting, stucco repair, wooden beam replace, wood paneling replace, new iron gates, concrete, etc.) on two of my properties. James was the foreman and main contact for each of the projects. Through the entire process from estimate to work completion, James remained attentive, responsible, and customer-service oriented. He was also willing to lend his expertise when asked (thankful for this). Picking paint colors for a house can be soo overwhelming, but James left us with multiple resources to use as a guide. It eased the process of choosing the right colors. His willingness to find alternative solutions and working with us to stay within budget was also greatly appreciated. This level of service is tough find these days! It was comforting to know that this company stands behind their work, answered all of my calls/texts, and made sure things were done right. The Marcus Bohler Construction Team that was sent to work on different parts of my homes were all great, easy to communicate and hard-workers. They remained on-schedule, on-time every morning, and wore easy identifying Marcus Bohler work shirts. This is as professional as it gets! If you are thinking of painting your home, ask for the David, Christian, and Pablo team to be the main painters! They did an extremely good job and very happy with the product outcome. My house looks brand new again and I even get compliments from people walking in the neighborhood! This has been my favorite experience working with construction professionals throughout the years. Had a number of projects done Marcus Bohler Construction...added a closest in one of the rooms, hung a front door and bedroom door, hard wired my security cameras and additional outlets in the garage and carport area, built a block wall in the backyard. All work was accomplished on time and in a professional manner. Highly recommend.

Marcus responds quickly and professionally to any of our calls, he doesn't ignore you. Anything we asked he was able to do and was able to give us a cost analysis item by item within 48 hours. His team are polite and professional as well. We were out of state and he was one of our first contacts, I was impressed with how quickly he responded. Additionally if its work he doesn't do, he always knew of someone who could do it. The kitchen porcelain sink needed to be replaced as it was chipped and rusting, he advised us of re-glazing it, which i didn't know was possible and the company that came in and did it, was excellent, looked brand new and saved us considerable cost and headache.
