My wife and I worked with John, Jennifer, and Jacqui at Mangiantini Construction over the course of two plus years. The scope of work encompassed primarily new construction for our dream home. However, other projects included with the build, were a septic to sewer conversion, new well construction and building a pump house.
I give Mangiantini Construction our highest recommendation! John worked tirelessly to guarantee we were satisfied and showed up every morning at the job site to make sure things were in order. He was incredibly patient with all our questions and concerns. He walked us through the whole process from plans to picking out fixtures.
Jennifer and Jacqui were instrumental in helping us with picking out colors, providing us with contacts and vendors that offered only the highest quality products.
In addition to the professional side of the project, a close friendship was kindled. The client experience is truly personal and caring. We felt like family throughout the process.
If you are considering a remodel or new build I highly suggest you consider using Mangiantini Construction. You won’t find this level of professionalism, quality, and attention to detail anywhere else.

We worked with John and his team on a major, complex home remodel. Since we had already obtained a design for the remodel before contacting Mangiantini Construction, and we had retained some separate service providers to work on a couple of discreet projects (e.g., new flooring and an A/C upgrade), our project required Mangiantini to deviate somewhat from its standard design/build approach. John proved to be very flexible, graciously acting as a coordinator not only for the work his team was directly responsible for, but also for the other contractors’ work. He was proactive and responsive throughout. A project this big, with so many players and moving parts, inevitably involves some bumps along the way; but John handled them expertly, with patience, creativity and good humor. We are thrilled with the finished project, and recommend Mangiantini Construction without reservation.

Without any reservations I would highly recommend Mangiantini Construction for any construction project you might have. John is very knowledgeable and hires the best subs around. My project was not that major, but required the usual construction crafts people to complete it. They all arrived and completed their work in the time frame John had told me. He then made sure it was completed and finished in the manner we had agreed upon.
I was very pleased with all the work done.

John and his team of subs are all top-notch. He made sure everything was spot-on and all of his subcontractors did as well. We felt like we were dealing with the "A-Team".
