Really enjoyed my 3 years at a cute little apartment complex run by McElroy Management. Felicity and Anna were always very responsive and easy to talk to. Maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and the owner and managers were very present on-site and protective of the quiet and safe community. A real gem of a place and a great management team - I wish I could have stayed here longer but eventually needed a larger apartment.

Repairs take months to even be acknowledged, let alone fixed, no matter how urgent. My manager never replies to me. We currently have a raging insect/roach infestation, and Brittney Marquez has ignored us for days. It is unsafe and uninhabitable; I am paying rent for an apartment I’m unable to live in. No one from this company will respond or help me. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid signing with them at all costs. I have never had such an awful and unsafe living experience.

I would bet that nearly all of these other reviews are fake.

I've known this company for nearly 15 years. They managed a building where I used to live in West L.A. I've also worked with them for the past 5 years. Easy to get along with, communicative, reasonable. Don't believe the H who posted a 1 star review (and her other fake 1 star posts under initials) due to a personal and irrational ax that she had to grind with one of the company's execs.
