Hired MaK for a complete retail remodel. As, with any big project there were a few bumps in the road and obstacles to overcome. Keith and his crew navigated them like pros and got us open before spring.

MAK handled our HOA's pool decking remodel, removing old concrete and replacing it with new as well as applying an epoxy coating for a more finished and professional look. They did an exceptional job, on time and in budget, we would certainly hire them again for additional HOA work!

Unfortunately, though Matt seemed very nice and capable, after coming to look over my small project (light framing, insulation, drywall, new light and door—nothing crazy), he said he’d send a quote.
Then I was totally ghosted. Not real professional, or courteous; I took time off work to meet with him for nothing.
I probably got a better deal with the guys I eventually used, but this is not a company I can recommend.

MaK Construction completely remodeled my kitchen and they did an amazing job! I now have the kitchen that I've always wanted, thanks to them.
They were professional, courteous, the work was completed in a timely manner and the price was very fair for the all the work that was completed. This summer we will be remodeling the basement and we're definitely hiring MaK Construction again.
I highly recommend this company for any and all of your construction needs-they can do it all!

MaK Construction is the first contractor I would recommend after 20+ years of working with contractors in Colorado. Brandon is a great project manager who listened to what we wanted and used his significant experience to achieve our goals as if it was his own house. We remodeled part of our basement - removed carpet, installed tile, replaced a very large whirlpool bathtub, pulled electricity to install a washer/dryer, upgraded an outlet requiring running wire and repairing drywall. While there were the usual delays due to supply chain, contractor availability, Brandon did his best to minimize the impact, and even make up for it in a few places. He was also very conscious of our budget and helped us stay within it by making great alternative suggestions. One of the most important parts of our experience was the exceptional skills and teamwork of his regular contractors. Their ability to work together with Brandon's leadership was the key to our success. We enjoy the quality of the work every day! I wish I could have them back to remodel my kitchen!

I highly recommend MaK Construction for your project. They did multiple bathroom remodels as well as additional work on my home, and I could not be happier with the result. Brandon is an excellent project manager with great communication throughout. I will call them again the next time I need work done on my home.

They did a project for me a couple years ago. Most of the work inside was satisfactory, but we had some problems outside and MaK tried to put the blame on anyone but themselves. Make sure they follow your DESC plan and that all inspections are complete. Be sure to get in writing what erosion control will be used upon completion. I suggest you get the names of any subs. It’s been two years since completion and my HVAC stopped working. Directions say to contact installer. I tried to get the name and contact info from Matt with no luck. There were times when I was treated with great disrespect and now I just got no customer service. I cannot recommend this company.
