We purchased our first home in July 2024. Our master bathroom had a fitted tub that creeked really loud when you stood in it. After months of dealing with it, we had enough. Mad City explained that what we were hearing was micro fractures and eventually over time the tub would crack. So we decided to upgrade.
Dan (sales associate) came to our home and spent hours with us to make sure we were comfortable with our decision. He first started with who Mad City was. They don't franchise nor do they use sub contractors. Then he explained the high quality material they used, the process & we eventually picked out our design. Because everything is measured and made specifically for our shower, he did explain it could take up to 10 weeks before it could be installed.
6 weeks later it was time to install our new shower. The process took a little over 8 hours. They ripped everything down to the studs and started from the ground up. They replaced all the plumbing. Removed the dry wall and replaced it with plywood. While installing they allowed us to ask as many questions we had and to take pictures. Oh and when they ripped out the old liner we discovered it was installed incorrectly. They didn't put mortar under the tub which was why it creeked.
We are so thankful we chose Mad City! They did a wonderful job...and this shower has a 50 year warranty that can be transferred if you sell your home. Highly recommend!

We had a bath tub liner replacement done in 2001 by Oak Creek Plumbing but as we became older, we realized a bath tub is not a viable option anymore especially since my wife fell and broke her knee cap. We had Oak Creek Plumbing come in and give us a quote, but I wasn’t happy with the three open statements on the contract that if they found anything the bill would keep increasing. In 2001 the contract didn’t have that stipulation. Also financing for Oak Creek was 13.99%. So I checked around between other contractors and like that Mad City had an A+ rating with BBB and offering a double lifetime warranty. Plus, it was a closed loop contract (no hidden surprises) with no added cost. Financing was 6.99% and no penalty for paying it off early. Lon was our installer for this project and plumber Dave came in for the detail plumbing work. Our project was not going to be an easy project removing out the liner and the old tub. But Lon kept at it until I told he had to stop for the day at 7:30 pm. Lon, as planned, came back the next day at 7:30 am and finished the project by noon. I would have to say that Lon never stopped working for any breaks and he laid down cover cloth to keep the walk ways clean. The project is now finished and now comes the hard part of waiting for everything to set up properly. We can use the shower in 24 hours, but adding any weight to the shelves need to wait 48 hours. We are so happy that we choose Mad City for our bathroom remodeling job. Now my wife wants the kitchen done and see what magic they can do for us. I just wanna say how happy I am. I will recommend Man city to everybody. I know is beautiful. I’m very happy to excellent job and Zach the one who worked on my kitchen at 3279 Maple Rd. I recommend him he was polite. He was clean. He was on time I couldn’t say anymore please send him out all the time. Thank you PS I love my new kitchen.

We had our 60’s tub and shower updated and I can’t say enough good things about Mad City. The entire team works seamlessly together from estimate to post install.
Marshall was efficient and clean throughout the two day project. The supervisor and service center were able to answer and resolve everything in the moment, and the reassurance of the warranty gives us peace of mind that is rare in this day and age.

From a cost conscious perspective, this is a great investment that I am proud to share. The product, the workmanship, the service, and the warranty are unparalleled and worth every dollar.

Just got our cabinets refaced, and they look fantastic! James and Mario were super professional and very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend! Our kitchen used to be so dark. Cabinets were stained with a dark wood stain. Now the place looks so much brighter.

Great new shower install, replacing a 46 year old standup shower. CJ and crew did an excellent job removing the old shower, taking the old shower walls and plumbing down to the studs before building the walls back up with new plumbing for the new shower. Arrived at 8AM, done by 1:30PM.

Our house was built in the 70’s so many things needed upgrading, including the primary suite bathroom shower. With this very small shower that was all tile and riddled with mold that would never fully wash away, we were scared to get quotes because ‘who knows what you are going to find underneath this gem.’ LOL The water pressure was also horrible and we had no idea the state of the pipes and plumbing. However, we were quite optimistic to invite Mad City to give us an estimate due to their advertisements that they could replace a shower in a day. We had just worked with another contractor for a different shower replacement project and did not have a good experience so we were reluctant. When Ryan from Mad City showed up on 1/11/2025 for the estimate, he was friendly, professional and thorough. (but be warned, the visit lasted about 3 hours, but like I said, he’s thorough, lol) I particularly appreciated the part where he informed us that the quote included all of the hidden unknowns after removing the old shower and they had their own crews (pulling permits, demo, install, plumbing, etc.) so we would not have to wait for any part of the project once it was scheduled. The process unfolded just like he explained, on 1/23/2025 we had our showered measured, and on 2/19/2025 our new shower was installed! Just like in the ad, it was complete in one day (love that kind of efficiency)! Now it’s construction, so there were a few whoopsadaisies on the wall from the fact that it’s a small space and lots of maneuvering. But talked with the service department (Josh and Melissa) and they had our tech, CJ, back out to fix on 2/26/2025 and we were good as new. CJ was also very professional, friendly and the whole team gets 10/10 for customer service. We could not be happier with our shower and would recommend Mad City to anyone looking for home repairs/renovations. Thank you to Mad City for actually doing what you said you would do!
