Mr. Pedro and Alejandro worked on our bedroom while fixing the closet in a second bedroom. These gentleman are absolutely precise, and detailed! As far as I am aware— in this case they were contracted via the Parks / CRT/ Maintenance Seaside office. They are friendly, professional, and they speak Spanish! They were so professional regarding all of the questions I had and keeping me updated it was certainly like a breeze having this team work on our rooms. I took down their information just incase my peers or family members are ever looking into construction work being done in their homes. Growing up with labor-hands-on-working family in gardening, housekeeping, and construction business I understand the labor physical work that goes into this and understand that it is certainly no simple task when it is big projects like fixing walls on old buildings that previously had mold and basically working with obvious limited directions per the Parks and it is easy to tell precise quality and professionalism and this team certainly has that! Their paint job is also immaculate and so clean. Thank you for also leaving the area clean after the work was done (unlike the regular mentaince Parks staff who does one little job in the bathroom e.g. unclog a sink and leaves so much grime and dirt stuff we often have to clean twice behind them.) Thank you gentlemen for bringing your expertise and your clear professionalism I also learned some tips too! Thank you a thousandths! If this was done with limited amount of work, I can just imagine if they went full on as non the third party company! I wish we knew about them 20 years ago when my parents needed extra honest and professional carpentry team for their home. During our crazy remediating situation in our unit and after reporting it to the Parks (office located in Normandy Seaside) We needed this team and they certainly came through! ✅✅✅
