I recently had an interesting design and plan check correction issue, so relatively rare, I consulted with seven different firms. Most of the engineers I approached tried to dissuade me from solving the problem. They suggested we raise the roof, lower the ceiling or provide a dropped instead of a flush beam. Mr. Lopez, on the other hand, very quickly and efficiently provided the design and calculations for a Flitch Beam, which worked very well for my client. The solution ended up saving them a lot of time and money.

ML Engineering's background in Structural Steel Design, Fabrication and Erection gives them a unique advantage over other firms which usually specialize in concrete or timer, exclusively. ML Engineering will become me go-to structural design firm in the projects to come. They provide excellent, exemplary, thorough, high quality work.
