We recently had a wonderful shower remodel completed by Lyvayko Building Systems. We wanted a groutless shower, using slabs for the walls and the shower base. Michael suggested Dekton or Daltile for our slab choices. Due to a long manufacturer wait time for the Dekton slabs that we chose, we decided to go with Daltile porcelain slabs.

Working with porcelain slabs can be challenging and time consuming; however, Michael and his crew overcame difficulties with cutting and installing the full-length slabs for the walls and floor of our shower. They also installed a beautiful custom teak bench, moved the drain to the back wall of the shower and much more. Nothing was too difficult for them.

Michael and his crew are hardworking, committed, pleasant, dependable, clean, honest, and experienced. We are thrilled with the workmanship, design and comfort of our new shower. Thank you Michael and the good people that work with you!

I learned about Lyvayko (a family owned company) during my internet search for a contractor to do my shower remodel. I contacted the company and, shortly thereafter, met with Michael Jr. and Mila (part owners and/or leaders of the company). I discussed my vision of the remodel with them, loved their responses/input, and consequently, was made to feel confident that Lyvayko would be the correct choice for my project. To say that I am very pleased with my decision, the process, and the outcome is a major understatement!! The project started on the date scheduled. The workers were on time throughout the process, personable, very respectful (of me and my home), trustworthy, and hardworking. Regarding their work, the attention to detail they put into it and their concern for customer satisfaction was a beautiful thing to witness and experience respectively. All calls I made to Michael Jr. and Mila during this time were either answered immediately or returned within a very reasonable time. From start to finish – the process went smoothly, and the project was completed on time. As for the finished product – it exceeds my expectations!! Pictures do not do it justice! It is jaw dropping to all who have seen it in person! For me – it is a beautiful thing to see and use on a daily basis. I am so glad that I chose Lyvayko for my shower remodel project and forever grateful for all that was done by all involved to produce a shower that is more impressive than I envisioned it would be.

Found Lyvayko Bathroom Systems via a neighborhood recommendation. I actually got 5 quotes based on recommendations. There was one less expensive quote. But I felt like Michael knew what he was doing and would make sure the results were perfect. So I went with him. I was not disappointed. Lyvayko is a family run business. They take pride in their work and don't just hand off the critical work to unsupervised folks learning on the job. They were able to put in a curbless walk-in shower where my tub was. Retiled the walls and the floor. Everything is level and matches up with the hallway wood floors. Also, they were the only quotes I got that put in a shower system that was not hot-mop (if that's what you're looking for). 10/10 would use again.

Exceptional customer service and expert work with our master bath remodel! Michael is very easy to work with, answers all our questions and concerns. He is honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. We felt like he had our best interest in mind. The shower door contractor who works with him says that we are "in good hands with Lyvayko unlike other contractors he has worked with. They are good people." We hired Lyvayko Systems to completely remodel both of our bathrooms, including new tile showers with accent, quartz counter tops, tile flooring, lighting, toilet, and faucets. Michael is extremely easy to work with, no surprises, says what he does and does what he says. The quality of their work is outstanding. They pay attention to the details and don't just rush it through. They started when they said they would and they finished when they said they would. During final walk through, I pointed out a couple small things I wanted corrected and Michael didn't push back but instead immediately had his team out the next morning to fix. I found his costs to be very reasonable, especially given the high end quality work we desired. After seeing the results on the bathrooms, we would like to have Michael and his team come back to remodel our kitchen next year. We totally trust him and his team to do a great job.
