Luzon Property management remodeled our townhouse, found multiple tenants for us to choose from, and created the lease agreement we needed. They took care of everything. All I had to do was choose colors for the remodel and choose a tenant. They required no oversight from me as they did all this work. They offered a very high level of service for a very reasonable price. They were responsive, helpful and effective. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will use them again in future.

Luzon Project Management has done many fixes on my rental unit and they are great. They are fast, professional and always provide a good review of work when completed.

Living in a different state from my unit, Luzon really makes life easy for me and I know that they will get the work done fast and correctly the first time.

If you are a contractor don't work for these people. We did a huge tree job for them: 7 arborists for a full day. Unfortunately we damaged a small 24"x24" window. They charged me $1850. The window took an hour to fix with two workers. Then they took two months to pay me. I will never work for these jokers again. They have no respect for contractors. I have no respect for them.

I have left other reviews for Epic/ Azari Property Management but this is specifically for Eugenia Mantzoros who helps manage the HOA services. Since her taking over our small condominium building we have seen a massive improvement in response times, handling of maintenance relative to our old service at another company. Overall, we are incredibly happy with her services and she is a joy to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with Reza and Kelly through Azari PM. Kelly has been very helpful and patient with me, since I was having a hard time accessing my maintenance portal to put in the repairs I needed. Reza is an amazing person to work with, he is very professional and makes sure you are happy with the repairs. He does and excellent and exceptional job. He came out to fix my garage door at night because I couldn't pull it down. I am very happy to know that when I need repairs, I can always count on Luzon PM to get the job done.

Luzon Project Management gets my highest recommendation! I wish I could go higher than highest! Majid, Luzon's project manager, went above and beyond, in renovating my house before I put it up for sale and his expertise and craftsmanship directly resulted in a fantastic selling price! Prior to listing, Majid did an initial survey of my modest 3-bedroom, 2-bath house, and recommended high payoff renovations that would maximize my sale price (kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and painting). I seriously underestimated the amount of time it would take me to pack out my house, causing at least a three week delay and stop work. Majid patiently worked around my schedule, which I greatly appreciated, not adding any stress to the sale and/or my move. The renovation outcome was a beautiful home, barely recognizable to even me, and resulted in close to $300,000 over asking price. I will recommend Majid to friends and family for sure. And when the opportunity affords itself, I will work with Majid again. Great job Majid, to the Luzon team, and the Luzon team leader, Manzar Azari! A million thanks!

This company does the maintenance work for Azari property management and does an excellent job at maintaining my properties. Being a remote property owner entails some stress. You wonder how well your properties are being maintained and whether they are falling into decay with you being absent. I have no such concerns with this company. They send me routine maintenance updates and photographs of their work. Their work is of the highest quality.
