We recently updated our garage door for our house. We conducted a good amount of research in terms of product options, quality, price, and confirmed reviews online by customers. We decided to go with Lux Garage Doors because of the perceived level of customer satisfaction, in addition to the previously-described attributes. They were able to recommend a list of installers in our area for our convenience. Lux crated the entire product in a way that protected it against transport damage and arranged the delivery with a transport company that could handle the dimensions.

The sales agent and the shipping manager were in constant communication with me throughout the process. When I reported discrepancies in the contents of the order, Lux's staff were swift to make it right for me.

We've enjoyed doing business with this company and we're happy with the investment we made and the form and function of the product.

I feel so lucky that I happened upon Lux Garage Doors online! I have only positive things to say about working with Meital to order and receive my door. Meital helped me to design what I wanted and worked with me to process all of my architect's changes. Ordering and paying was an easy process. And, while Lux is not in my area, she helped me to get connected with a local installer that they have used for years. The price that Lux quoted me was significantly better than another quote that I received. The door arrived from Carriage House as expected. And it is SO beautiful! I ordered a Lux garage door about 4 months ago. I was very concerned for a number of reasons. I shipped across the country, did I measure correctly? Would there be any issue with putting a finish on, and would it be installed okay. All went according to plan.
The Lux team was awesome to work with. Sales- spot on. Shipping -perfect. Engineering- very helpful, even a followup call! This whole project has exceeded my expectations. And the door?

Working with the Lux Team was outstanding. Purchased an 18' X 7' wood doors. Workmanship is outstanding, material quality solid and a perfect fit. I have to add, the workmanship of the 20' wooden shipping crate was very well built. My doors were greatly protected in their crate. I'm on the East Coast and Lux is on the West Coast, shipping was important. Everything I asked, their team did with excellent!!!
