I'm a contractor and had a client pick out a Lux Door made out of Mahogany. The door started cracking at each of the seams and even through the grain - see pictures. I had door builders look at it to see if it can be repaired and they said it's a manufacturer defect.

Customer service called me and they are planning to send us a new door! I really appreciate that as I was worried about being out $5,000! Hoping this next door does well!
