Terrible. Trying to build a mother-in-law suite for my 86-yr old mother. Lucido originally said week after next, that week came and went, then later this week, then next week, ... After the fourth delay, I complained about the delays, and he said, "well, keep hoping!" or something non-committal like that. Literally no hope of ever getting the survey done. They cost us over a month delay in our construction project, before I fired them and switched to a different surveyor.

I am convinced that if I had stuck with Lucido my mother would have died before the survey ever got performed.
