I would highly recommend LP Roofing. They were very quick getting to our house, determining what needed to be fixed and getting us a quote. When we decided to move forward with the project they were again able to quickly work us into their busy schedule. The communication was excellent and very professional. They were easy to work with and gave us a fair rate. We just moved and plan on using them again this fall on our new home. I have also recommended them to many of my neighbors and friends!

Brett and Sergio did a great job! They came out right away to do the estimate. Did the job within two business days of receiving my call. Finish the job in half the day. They even cleaned up afterwards. Very polite and professional. The price was very reasonable. Would gladly hire for next roofing job.

TLDR; fast, on time, professional, below average on the estimate, did not go over the estimate, and left a very clean worksite (my yard) behind.

A sincere "Thank You" to Sergio Ortiz and his team. From the first, Sergio gave us an in depth estimate, taking more time and gathering more information than any of the other companies. LP Roofing came in a little under average on their estimate, in comparison. We decided to use LP Roofing because of Sergio's professionalism and willingness to talk to us about our concerns and potential issues.

They arrived on time and worked efficiently and quickly. They communicated with us though the project. They re-shingled our home and two car garage in just over a day including an amazing clean up. All the team members he brought were polite and seemed happy. It was nice to hear them laughing on occasion while still hustling on a hot day. A little thing, but I think it says a lot for that team. I'd recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

We discovered a leak in our roof during a renovation project. LP came out promptly, assessed the problem, and gave an estimate. We expected that it would be a while before they could come back to fix it, but were delighted when they made time to return just a few days later to make the repair. They worked quickly and effectively. Later that same day it rained hard and there was no evidence of any leak remaining. Their estimate was dead on and the cost was extremely reasonable.

Do not use any other roofing company but lp roofing! They replaced a long piece of fascia that the wind blew loose at a very low cost and cleaned up afterwards! Don't even bother with another roofer, they are the BEST!
