Horrible horrible horrible ! Referral department. To who ever is in charge of the referrals has extreme attitude when you’re trying to be nice to her. Hangs up on you mid way of conversation just nasty overall. Worst referral dept I have ever spoken with and that’s that I speak to many people in the referral department

HORRIBLE! I had an appointment at noon and didn’t see the doctor till 1:15pm because everyone went to lunch and forgot about me. A doctor came into the room and said she had no idea I was in there because everyone has gone to lunch and never told her. She asked me about my family history which was clearly written on the paperwork I filled out in the waiting room. The doctor wanted to get blood work done which I had already gotten a few weeks prior but said she needed new bloodwork to make sure there weren’t any mistakes. The doctor wouldn’t fill any Rx till I got my blood work done and made another appointment to come and get the results. I think I would be out of my mind to go back to this place.

Place has become complete trash. horrible nurse practitioners. especially ms. luminitha or whatever her name is. do not go here.
I saw someone wait so long that their ride left them. it took the patient hours. im not exxagerating. hours to see that crappy doctor luminitha

DO not choose DR Loy Juan as your Primary Care Doctor. Some of his staff are so RUDE and Horrible. They do not respect/care about you and your valuable time. When they talk English it is hard to understand what they say!
There is a staff that her job is giving referral with name "Amy" . She does not know any thing about insurance plans. She will give you extremely hard time and waste your valuable time to get a simple referral.
Today I could finally get an appointment with a specialist doctor through one of my friends . After I filled up the new patient forms and gave them my insurance info, they told me your insurance needs referral from your primary care doctor.
I called my insurance and they confirmed it, Then I called DR Juan's office and asked Amy to give me referral for that doctor. I was treated unprofessionally and extremely rudely by Amy she said: "Your insurance does not need referral!" I tried to explain her that my insurance is HMO and referral from my primary care doctor is required to see a specialist but Amy did not even want to listen to me. She was just keep saying with a loud angry way that "Your insurance does not need referral and I won't give it to you!".
I asked my husband to help and he called my insurance. Insurance confirmed again that my plan requires referral to see specialist. He called my primary care doctor office behalf of me and talked to Amy again. He asked her to send referral ASAP otherwise he will speak to DR LOY about her. Eventually after spending so much time and lots of back and forth conversations with insurance company and Amy, finally we could get a simple referral from her!!!!!! I do not suggest this Doctor to anybody!

Dear and admired Dr. Loy, my husband and I have had the privilege of having you as our primary doctor for several years. Since your partner died ( 2020 )and changes occurred in your office, I must say that the service has declined greatly. Your old team was much more helpful and efficient.
But what affects us most is that, it is never possible to see you , every time we go it is the same, an assistant who only speaks English is the doctor who sees both my husband and me. My case is not that serious, I'm just going for routine exams but my husband does need your help. Do you still work there? Please, I don't know what internal changes there are with your new partner but your patients need you. Your patients need your knowlege and your experience and the sweet young lady (physician assistant) is not the professional we need.
If you read this, I hope that you take note. Thank you.

Did my check up, went early morning, and my wait time was like 20 minute, better than I thought. I had worse at other office which was 2 hour. The PA was helpful, the prescription work 😀 my 1 month cough ended.
