I contacted this company in August of '20 to have a piece of property surveyed. I was informed it would likely be mid October until he could fit me in which seemed reasonable and since the guy on the phone sounded knowledge and friendly, I opted to book with him. When October had come and gone with no contact made about the survey, I began attempting to contact the company to inquire about time-frames. No one ever answered the phone and despite multiple voicemails left, I was never re-contacted. Needless to say the land was never surveyed by this company. In December '20 I finally gave up on Loftus and contacted another company but had to also restart the wait for availability - only getting this process fully complete last month (April '21). It seems common decency to at least return calls/inform customers of changes needing to be made. I would have understood had I been contacted and informed he needed to cancel or could no longer do it but the complete silence was beyond unprofessional and extremely frustrating. To avoid unnecessary stress and extended wait times I would suggest looking elsewhere for your surveying needs.
