Moved in a few months ago and so thankful we went with Horizon View Homes. Easily the best prices compared to other builders in the area but also the best quality because they still care about their customers. Tom and Jay were great about updating us throughout the build process. Natalie and her warranty team are also incredible; they get the job done as quickly as possible and advocate for you to get a quality product. I've heard warranty horror stories from friends who went with other big name builders so I truly appreciate the HVH team for helping us buy and maintain a wonderful home.

My husband and I moved into our home a few months ago and we have enjoyed every minute of it! The home is built very well and included a number of upgrades at the base price. It is clear that the builders put a great deal of thought into every aspect of the home. The home price was well within reason for the area, too. Everyone that we have worked with before, during, and after purchasing our home has been phenomenal. The sales team and orientation specialist were especially great to work with during the process. Even after closing and now having been in our home for a few months, we receive messages from View Homes checking in and asking if everything is going well and working as it should in our home. We highly recommend using View Homes as a builder!

We closed on our house in View Homes at Lochbuie Station during June of 2021. We have been extremely happy from start to finish! During the building process, Jay was up front, professional, helpful and sent regular updates during construction. Just prior to closing we met with Natalie for our new home orientation. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and is extremely knowledgeable. During the 16 months we have lived here, we have been pleased with our home and the development of the community. We highly recommend View Homes at Lochbuie Station!
