We are so grateful for LMC Custom Homes and could not recommend them more! Lauren built our perfect dream home. She listened to all my crazy ideas and was patient when we were trying decided on the perfect floor plan. We wanted a smaller builder that would be very involved and at the job site daily. Lauren was definitely that and more. She was very knowledgeable about materials as well when I was trying to pick finishes which was very helpful. I would not change a thing on our home. If you’re looking for a completely custom home and a very involved builder LMC will be the perfect fit!

After interviewing a few builders, we decided to go with LMC Custom Homes and have not regretted it for a second! Lauren's attention to detail, knowledge, experience, and determination to give us exactly what we asked for, made all the difference. We have many friends who have had terrible experiences with custom builds, but I cannot sing Lauren's praises enough. She is picky with who she contracts out with- all of her subs did tremendous work, and if anything (no matter how small) needed to be touched up, changed, or fixed, Lauren was on it. She guided us patiently, but also listened when we came up with new ideas. She went above and beyond to make some of our ideas into a reality. Even after having moved into the house, Lauren remains present to make sure we are happy with every single detail and finish. If you are looking for a custom home builder, you will not be disappointed with LMC Homes, from start to finish!

We were very pleased with our experience with LMC Custom Homes.
I have always heard how stressful building a home is, and how you will probably end up angry at your builder. Our experience could not have been more different. We went through this process long distance, and Lauren was so accommodating to that. We did multiple video chats and many emails, phone calls, and texts. Any time we had questions or issues, they were resolved quickly. In addition, Lauren was very helpful in the design process, from the initial floor plan design to the finishing touches. But the final decisions were all ours - definitely custom! She also finished the build way before our deadline. And even now that we have possession, she has continued to stay in contact and be responsive. We likely were not her easiest (or most decisive) customers, but she was patient throughout.
