Friendly, courteous, customer oriented. The employees are always smiling and happy, they are driven toward customer satisfaction, if issues arise they do what they can to correct the issue and make the client happy.
There are hiccups in any project someone does, but with good communication these guys will work to make you happy, do the needed work, and work out what is best for all involved.
