We contracted for a detached stick built garage. Layne and his crew gave us a schedule of start up and completion , the schedule was followed and we were informed of what was going on at all times. His crews cleaned up the site daily and were very polite. They did a very good job. They were very professional. We were very pleased with the result. We would recommend LL Builders for all your construction needs.

We contracted with Layne and his crew last winter for our bathroom remodel and it came out awesome! So awesome we had them do our kitchen renovation this last fall - which is beautiful!
We have done much of our home renovations our selves over 34 years when we lived in Cheyenne, so it was a bit hard letting someone else do it for us. We are very pleased with the professional top notch work we received on both projects and highly recommend Layne and his crew to those we know!

J'Dan provided me a bid for a stick built garage, which I tried to beat with a pole barn and a prefab constructed building. In the end, I was unable to beat their bid. They worked with the subcontractors I preferred and made changes when ever I asked. The construction was started in January, and by spring I had a "dream garage" with extras that Jim and his crew made available.

I am extremely please with the quality of work and the beautiful, useful garage I now have in place of a broken down building. I will gladly recommend J'Dan Builders to any who cares to ask. I am proud of my garage and will show their work to anyone curious.

I was so pleased with this experience that I had them remodel a bath and kitchen in my basement. This is an old house, with concrete problems and nothing level or plumb. The original remodeling looked so beautiful that I had them completely finish the living space downstairs and will have them back to rebuild and remodel my upstairs kitchen. Fantastic work!

One thing that I must add is the respect for my home that was shown. Each day, before the crew left, all debris was cleaned up, floors vacuumed and surfaces dusted. All waste was hauled off and my household dumpster was not filled with construction materials.

It does not matter what you are building, you will not go wrong employing J'Dan Builders. Obviously I am very pleased, everything I wanted was accomplished, and my wallet was not decimated.

3/20/2020 We just completed building a custom home with Jim O'Daniel's company and couldn't be happier. It was our first time building and Jim and his guys helped us every step of the way and did a great job of coordinating subcontractors when needed. Jim's crew did a lot of the framing and basic construction work plus finishing work... and then he has a great stable of subcontractors who all did great work for us. Jim and his main Supervisor Layne were very responsive to our questions & concerns, no matter how inconsequential they might have seemed. The other interesting thing we found is that everyone else we have come across who has had Jim build for them has been extremely satisfied. After seeing other jobs by J’Dan Builders, we chose them for a room addition and remodel project on a log cabin which will soon become our permanent residence and retirement home. We are very pleased with the skill, talent, imagination, and quality of workmanship that went into our project. There were a few surprises and challenges along the way, as the original cabin was built about 60 years ago. It wasn’t always easy, but it evolved beautifully. We live out of state and really appreciated J’Dan’s communication and consideration of our time in Wyoming, and efforts to coordinate with us. We highly recommend J’Dan Builders and plan to use them again for the next project — our outdoor deck!

J’Dan Builders just completed a total kitchen remodel for me, which included removing a wall to give me the open concept I wanted. I am so very pleased with their work.

When I first contacted them, I gave them a time frame for when I would not be in Sheridan, with the thought that it would be easier for them if the home was not occupied during that time. They worked their schedule to fit me into that time slot.

Even though I was out of town during the remodel, they kept in touch with me to let me know what was being accomplished and also to determine my wishes. They ran into several issues and dealt with all of them successfully. They sealed off the rest of the house with plastic to keep it as dust-free as possible. It is obvious that they put the homeowner and his property as a priority.

Even though they are professionals and build all the time, I felt they really cared about my home and making it fit with my vision. I appreciated the fact that they were picky about the very small details, making sure that tiny spaces were caulked, etc. Mike made several suggestions which proved to make the kitchen even better functionally.

I would highly recommend J’Dan Builders to anyone looking to do remodeling.

J'Dan Builders did an excellent job! The offered great advice in the planning stages and the work was done by skilled craftsmen. It was a fairly unique and substantial remodel. From day one they Layne Liggett, Supervisor, focused on our needs, concerns and budget. When we faced unanticipated issues, Layne and his crew offered well thought-out suggestions with alternatives. We always felt that they had our best interest in mind.

We were treated honestly and bad news and good news was shared equally and promptly. We were involved in the decision making. They treated us in a straight forward manner and this builder delivered what they promised, on time and of great quality.
We were told what was going to happen next and when it was going to happen. Sure there were changes along the way, but when changes in the plan occurred, we knew about them. No surprises and we liked it that way.

The construction site was kept safe and orderly and everyone we worked with was careful, courteous, trustworthy and punctual. It’s a beautiful thing when things go as planned. We learned that in construction, things rarely go as initially planned that’s why the selection of a positive, professional, adaptable, and competent builder is a must. We found J’Dan Builders to be all those things and recommend them highly. Good job guys!
