Bruce Linscott did an electrical underground conversion at my house on a challenging steep hillside. Has a family owned large scale operation of heavy duty machinery fit for trenching. He is sensitive to his clients needs, has a fine crew, has a good reputation with authorities and great connections with PG&E.
