Highly recommend lincoln and long for all of your engineering / architectural needs. These guys will get your plans done fast / efficient, and they wont waste your hard earned $ in the process.

Just when I was becoming overwhelmed with my land development, dave helped me out with his knowledge in soils testing (perk and mantles) and we struck gold (1 in a 100 quality soil) in a new area. This is after a different local company told me theres no good dirt on the property and I was looking at 80-90k for 2 seperate systems.
