This review is long overdue! I finally have a moment to sit down and share my amazing experience with Charlie Riley and Lifetime Construction.
I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with my recent roof installation. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. Their team was highly experienced in working with insurance companies. As someone who is not familiar with this process, I greatly appreciated how they walked me through each step, allowing me to leverage my homeowner's insurance policy and save significantly on costs.
Once everything was approved, the team expertly removed the old shingles and installed high-quality shingles that will provide protection for years to come. I was particularly impressed with their punctuality and attention to detail. Each morning, they arrived on time, and each evening, they carefully walked the property to pick up any leftover debris and nails.
Installing a new roof can be noisy, but they worked quickly and efficiently, completing the installation on my 4,200 square foot ranch-style home in under six days.
I would highly recommend Charlie and his team to anyone in need of roofing services.

Lifetime Construction is an exceptional company to work with. Shane Evans was our project manager. We started at our business property. We had several buildings that needed roof replacements (hail damage). Shane worked with our insurance company. We had commercial metal roofing installed on 4 structures (Class-4 certification) with snow bars and Class-4 shingles on another structure. All have a 20-year warranty. They also installed the gutters and downspouts. This made the project seamless as we did not have to wait for two separate companies. The company was fast, efficient and cleaned up well. Lifetime (and Shane) did such a great job that we had them replace the roof shingles (gutter/downspouts) on our personal property too (also sustained hail damage). Shane (and Fred) oversaw that project as well. He is knowledgeable and accessible. If I had any questions, he would either call or text back right away. My wife and I are so impressed with this company and with Shane. We highly recommend Lifetime Construction.

Everything from the initial contact, through the inspection process, from the material delivery, to the replacement and clean up — was really, really smooth. I am so impressed with Lifetime Construction. From the start of the process and inspection to dealing with the insurance and actual roof replacement they were very professional. They took care of everything. The crew that did the roof was very quick as well. I was thankful and impressed that after the roof was replaced the project manager came out to double check that all the nails/debris was cleaned up. I definitely recommend using Lifetime Construction.

My July 2024 Lifetime Construction roof replacement was as painless as recovery from a mini-disaster (hail storm) could possibly be. My project manager, Brian Shultz was a blessing. He stuck by my side from day one -- explaining the process, dealing with my insurance company and responding to my every concern with unusual professionalism and warmth. Exceptional professionalism from start to finish. I called Brian the night of the hail storm and he was at my door very first thing the next morning to begin assisting us. His thoroughness, prompt response time and fantastic team did an amazing job on not one, but two of our homes and we happily referred him to all of our neighbors. The roofing crew completed our home all in one days work, ensuring each nail and debris was cleaned up prior to leaving. Brain's knowledge of products, ability to communicate effectively with my claims adjuster and followup with any questions is second to none!
