My wife and I just met with Maegan and Jesse. They took time out of their Sunday to meet with us, answer our questions, and showed us their incredible work. It was clear in speaking with them that they are true tiny home experts and take incredible pride in their craft. Maegan helped us understand the process from beginning to end and all related costs, so that we are able to make an informed decision. Their tiny homes are beautiful, with great attention to detail. I had the unique opportunity to purchase a fully designed and built tiny house (Modern Moody) from Lifescape Builders – the design, finishes and quality of the build was well beyond what I could have come up with on my own. I've been trying to go tiny for over 10 years and when I started working with Alaska Wagoner (aka The Tiny House Concierge) she made the connection with Maegan at Lifescape and it was amazing! Maegan was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient answering all my questions and working through all the details and paperwork that needed to happen for the purchase. She and her husband/builder, Jesse, helped me through the setup and made sure everything was working and perfect upon delivery. The tiny house traveled over 1,300 miles to be delivered to my parking space and even over that huge distance there was only a single crack in one spot of the drywall which was truly minor and was easily fixed upon delivery by Jesse. To think that a house built with this level of finish and using drywall and all the other luxury finishes would make it so far with only 1 thing that needed to be touched up is a testament to the quality of the build and attention to detail that Lifescape delivers. I fell in love with the house when I saw it and getting to know Maegan and Jesse was an absolute pleasure – I can't recommend them highly enough. If you want a tiny house with unique and thoughtful touches, they are the people to talk to if you ask me. Thank you, Maegan & Jesse!

My daughter and I spent about 6 months looking for tiny homes for her and well once I walked into the lot of Lifescape Builders I knew that I will be buying one of their minihomes!! Why you ask well it came down to the build quality! The whole process was quick and easy!! Love how they explain every step so you understand more about your home. If you are in the market of getting a mini home give Lifescape Builders a chance you won't be disappointed with them just disappointed with the rest! Fyi I will be getting my mini home in about a week!! Will edit post with pictures!

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Lifescape to see a tiny house for the first time and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff (Meagan and Jesse). They took the time to listen to all the questions we had about purchasing and owning a tiny house. We couldn't believe how much space it had! We also had concerns about putting one on my property but they provided expert advice on the necessary requirements needed to accommodate one. What impressed us the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. We didn't feel like they were trying to just sell us. They were very clear on what we should expect with purchasing one from them or anyone else. Again not only did they give us the time to walk through the home and fire off tons and tons of questions, but they also went above and beyond by making us feel comfortable and engaged ( hands on answers to maintenance and utility questions).
