The worst experience of my life. Not a big project but after 18 months still was not finished. Everything failed the inspection I had done. After the fact I found out he is not licensed, has no insurance, not a certified home inspector as he told me. Ninety-five percent of what he did had to be ripped out including a 40x10 foot porch/deck which was already sinking into the ground. The roof had to be propped up so it wouldn't collapse. The house had to be rewired and the plumbing had to be redone. Denis is dangerous.

We contracted Denis to rebuild our deck and expand it. He gave us a fair price and all the work was done very professionally. We have other projects that need to be done as well, so we are looking forward to having Denis and Austin back. I will post the before and after pictures after I get to it in a couple of days. We went from a treated wood to Trex. I think we added about 50% or more to the deck.

Takes your down payment then doesn’t do the complete job, The work he does do , you’ll have to hire someone to redo it, he is a con artist!
