We bough our house in June 2016 and it was a rough start with a moody sales lady but the head guy stepped in and took care of us (Dustin). The moody lady almost made us miss out on this perfect little house for us. Yes, it's far but where else can you get this much house for the price you will pay. Everything is new, you are the first person to be in your house and the company has so many warranties on the house that you don't have to worry on dropping money something you didn't expect on failing after the purchase. The yards are big for it being a new build, latetly all you get is a tiny sidewalk looking patio thing. The community so far is pretty quiet and peaceful. We absolutely love it and do not mind that is so far from it all. And no, they do not lie about the price, it really depends on your credit. Seriously, who the heck thinks they can buy a house for $850?

These houses are so cheaply built that the price they are asking for is laughable. I viewed a snowflake floor plan. I took into account that the final touches on the outside needed to be done but everything inside the home was bottom of the line. The paint on the wall was so course that left scratch marks on my arm as a grazed it. The stairs and upstairs were already creaking as I walked around. If they are creaking on day 0, imagine what they will be doing a year after purchase. The back yard had a big dirt mount with about a 60% grade that the neighbors wall sat on. I was told it would be staying like that and sales agent tried to convince me that "my" yard would not get flooded because they were going to grade the yard so the water flowed around the house. In all honesty, it's only going to take a few good monsoons to wash that mound out and the brick wall comes tumbling down. The sales represntative was extremely snooty after it because obvious that I was not interested in the house. I then went to the Blue Hills subdivision and viewed another home, also build by LGI which was cheaply built as well. At least with D R Horton you get a quality home with a washer, dryer, all kitchen appliances, and window treatments for the same price.

I can't wait to be able to sale our home. It is so cheaply built that we've been here a year, and the house is falling apart. From holes in our ceiling to paint missing inside and outside our home. They sent men out to fix it and needless to say, there's more that needs fixed now that they are gone. I've had pipes burst, and my toddler was able to put a hole in the wall with a toy!!!!!!! We've had to fix sinks, drains,food disposal, water system outside. Just a mess.

The houses are so close together that we keep our doors shut bc our neighbors smoke and our home fills up with the smell. Not to mention ZERO privacy. They hear every word we say! .

I went to view and they did not have a model to show. I was told to come in to see home and when I got there they wanted me to buy home based on a pictures. The viewing are only on Saturday because they have a loan officer present to get you signed up right away to take the one you see off market. People dont jump into anything until you go home and think about it never let pressure persuade you to buy anything. So If this push your date as long as you are happy in the long run. It is better then paying for something you later realized you didnt Want.

DON'T BUY FROM LGI I purchased a home from LGI homes like 2 months ago and the house was a completely mess when i moved in. I went to the office few times to ask them if they can fix the door, the pain, the microwave and it been 2 months already and they haven't fix anything. they have the worse costumer service in the world. if i have to give them a rate i will give them -0

Friendly staff. Very helpful in the house-buying process which can be complicated when we did the walk-through a couple things need to be fixed but they fix them. And that ad does not lie it goes off of your credit as everyone knows when you buy a house they assumed our house was going to be around a1,220 afterwards when the paperwork was done are payment drop down to 1,100 . Yes our house payment is $850 but you have to add insurance property taxes and HOA . Obviously the people that think that they were just going to buy a house for a 850 has no idea what's going on . so I would recommend this to anybody that is serious about buying a house. Also wanted to point out we're about 2 miles away from Walmart on one side of town in about two miles the opposite way to town 4 doctor's offices and other business and shopping. And it only takes me about 15-20 minutes to get into Goodyear Avondale and I work in surprise so about 30 minutes

DON'T BUY HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! I REGRET BUYING HERE SO BAD! The house is just thrown together quick with all kinds of mess. Don't call them because they will give you the run around about it. You have to go through hell to get it fixed. You pay an HOA that NEVER does anything! Called them multiple times and get no response. It's a NIGHTMARE! TRUST ME DON'T DO IT!!
