LGI Homes - Is a first time homebuyer family starter type homes. Cannot customize your home until after you close on it and get your keys.

The builder is not friendly and cannot deal with truth or facts. My home was supposed to come with a ceiling fan in my living room. The builder failed to put one in my home but gave my neighbor two one in the living room and one in her master bedroom. It took nearly 10 months to get them to give me what was owed. Them after installation made me feel like he was doing me a favor.

Favor nothing I bought a new home first owner and you gave mine away. It can seriously damage a companies reputation by the employees you have working for you. Sell the home to the specs or don’t sell it at all.

Building houses that expensive is beyond my understanding. Where are you getting the buyers? Also, the design is nothing special for that kind of money. They look like every thing else. My, My, My what is Colorado coming to? It's too expensive to live here now.
