This particular home tested my skills as a foundation guy made me a better foundation guy. I will always do foundations for Lewis constructions when they need me I will be there.

Lewis Construction built my house for me in 2022/23. My experience with them was absolutely wonderful. I had somewhat of an idea what I wanted the configuration of the kitchen, dining, and living room to be like and Tim designed my house around that. He went over the project costs with me and we ended up needing to scale down the house a little bit. So, Tim re-designed it. He didn’t make me feel bad at all.

I felt very respected throughout the design and build process even though I’m a single woman who knows nothing about construction. I was never taken advantage of. I was presented with different options when needed. I also had some ideas along the way, like how I wanted the vaulted ceiling to look and making my kitchen cupboards reach the ceiling. All of my ideas were accommodated and they were honest with any additional cost.

The people I worked with on the construction, office, and accounting teams were very easy to talk to. They felt like family. The contractors that worked on the house all did high-quality work. After moving into my new home I was a little awestruck and I wasn’t able to sleep the first few nights. I was so excited, and I didn’t feel like I deserved something so nice! Its just so gorgeous! Now, I just love it. It feels like me. It feels like home. Thank you Tim, Adrian, Heather, Clint, Doug, and everyone else that worked on my house. I just love it and I’m so grateful!
