Jim with Level up did a great job with our deck remodel and retrofitting it to have access to our our alternate septic system underneath. It took some brainstorming and engineering and it turned out better than I had hoped! He is a great guy and really a pleasure to work with. Thanks Jim!

Hello! If you are looking for a warm and friendly father and son team, you just found it! I asked Jim to remove and replace tile in my guest bath and kitchen floor. The sink, and toilet was also modified and replaced. The kitchen counter tops, backsplash and appliances were also replaced as well as some floor molding. All excellent work.
Jim and his son have excellent communication skills as well. What he couldn't do himself, he recommended great people to work with and handled all the General Contractor work. I was going through some health challenges and he was compassionate and flexible.
I will definitely be calling Jim again for more work in hopefully, the near future.
You can't go wrong with Jim and his son. Professional, personable and skills.

Jim and his son did a great job of repairing the rain leakage damage to the ceiling panels in our (old) manufactured home, which aren’t available anymore to replace. He had no trouble coming up with the solution, and it turned out good !
He is honest,, fair, and has a good work ethic-would not hesitate to recommend him ?

Jim B. at Level Up Builders has done several projects at my home. He took out a partition wall for the open concept, remodeled three bathrooms, installed Trex and iron railings on my deck. He also painted the interior/ exterior of my house. His work is perfection, he is fast and efficient and works in a timely manner. His attention to detail and communication skills are outstanding. He has a great attitude and is easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I plan to use him for future projects at my home.

Jim and his son did a great job repairing Sheetrock water damage in the garage and kitchen. Many repair workers would try to cut corners but he did not and painted the entire ceilings for a complete job which we appreciate. Quality results. Very satisfied with his work, and would highly recommend him and his company.
