Level Design Build made the execution of my plans for my walkout so easy! Paul and Zak were awesome to work with, responsive to phone calls to and very transparent about the process. Even when my door was delayed, they took it in stride, finished the work they could safely beforehand and just scheduled a team quickly after my door arrived to finish the job up.

These guys are the best! I highly recommend them for anything!

Level Design Build helped stabilize my deck supports which were failing due to erosion on a steep slope. We worked with Level Engineering to do the initial inspection and to draw the structural plans. Level Design Build then worked with our structural engineer to make changes to the plans to help make the final design more affordable and constructible.

Level Design Build did a great job communicating about the timing of our project and when it would be possible to get started (which ended up being trickier than usual due to the significant late snow we got up here in Nederland). Once the project was underway, Level Design Build were quick, clean, and efficient during demolition and temporary shoring. They really approached the project like they were the homeowner. They also helped us make numerous changes to the design during construction which really helped make the final product great.

Level Design Build also helped us tackle numerous unforeseen obstacles during the project including when their subcontractor's micropile drill rig of their flipped down the steep slope of our back yard. They worked hard to make sure that the damage caused in this incident was repaired (and then some).

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the final product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
