Over the winter, we had nonstop issues with our boiler constantly faulting out. It was stressful and frustrating, especially when local plumbing companies in Platteville, WI wouldn’t help us. Lenz, on the other hand, was always quick to respond and never let us down. He came out multiple times, adjusting things and making sure we were never without heat for long. When it became clear we needed a new boiler, he helped us through the entire process — from ordering to installation — and kept checking in afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly.

We’re beyond grateful for the service we received. Lenz has never failed us, and we’ll be contacting him for all our plumbing and heating needs moving forward. I highly recommend him and want to send a huge thank you for making sure we were always well taken care of!

Matt has been an excellent Google search find for our farm. We weren’t happy with the plumbing company we had been using for a long time, but it can feel daunting to find a new tradesman. I saw all the positive Google reviews for Matt and thought that was very helpful. He’s lived up to his review ratings 100%! Very communicative and thorough in explaining his work and what the issues were, and also does great work. He is transparent on his schedule and availability, which I really appreciate and feel is a breath of fresh air. None of this “We will get to it soon” and then show up 2 weeks later. I'm writing this review from my much appreciated heated house!! Furnace went down on -25 degree day. Matt from Lenz plumbing, Heating & AC was prompt and diagnosed the issue of inducer blower motor failure quickly. Replaced part ASAP, and completed the job in a timely manner. Friendly, very informative, professional, and highly recommend them. Thanks Matt!

We had a septic backup and I called Matt. He was nearby and made it here within an hour. He had it fixed in 20 minutes and even upgraded our cleanout cap with a better one for the minimum service fee.

We're very happy with their service. Highly recommend!
