Last year, I viewed the Next Gen Lennar home in Homeland, Ca. After several walkthroughs with my family, we decided it would be perfect for our family. My parents would live in the two bedroom attached residence and my family would take the larger 5 bedroom 3 bath. This brings me to my 1 star review. I filled out the application submitted my documents on the lennar mortgage website and never got a response back from their agent, Craig Griffin NMLS 252888. I had almost 10%, 60k for my down payment and qualifying credit. I don’t understand why I never got an approval letter or any real communication back from the agent. In our communications, his responses, busy, lot of work, hadn’t finished going over my documents. Almost 2 months into applying for the mortgage, I was asked to submit proof of income again. This is my second time applying for a mortgage. The first went well, different mortgage company. Just couldn’t find the right home. This time I really liked the home but the experience with the agent was really disturbing. I was later informed my information had been compromised.

Beautiful new builds. Lovely models, hella over priced. For that money I can buy, admittedly a lot smaller and older, in San Diego.... So it depends what u r looking for really.

Love the Lennar builds, especially the Next Gen Suite’s. Homeland right off 74 isn’t to bad of a drive very close to the 215fwy
