Finally getting the keys to our house today no help from the sales team. Gail, Debrah and her family member Matt were all A nightmare during the process. They could care less and it shows. Not sure why they make so much money and do zero to help with the process other than make you feel like you’re going to be homeless. Lennar needs to train their sales dept how to help people.

Great experience with the Lennar team from our New Home Consultant Rosalie, and after close, The Customer Care rep onsite, Robert is on top of any and all issues that arise with the new home. It is a very nice and quiet neighborhood close to all the shops in Menifee and the accessibility to the highway is a godsend. I considered moving more east, Winchester, Homeland, Hemet to save some money, but, I am very glad I chose to go with Quartz Ranch. I could not be happier with my new Lennar Home!

Homes are gorgeous on the outside. I was looking for something over 3500 square feet with 3 car garage. They only had one. The sales staff were very friendly
