Can’t give it a five star rating due to the fact that the HOA seems to be dropping the ball and neglecting the landscape big time! The entrance looks horrible! nothing but dead plants. Also walking around the community. There must be at least 15 dead trees that have not been replaced, they have been dead for months. So many dead plants and groundcover around most condos have been dead all summer without being replaced. The ground cover along walkways are overgrowing over the sidewalks. The grass across from the park looks horrible! Ugly! All the dog receptacles have not had wast bags replaced in months. Also it would be nice to have a trash receptacle in the pool area. Other than that it’s a nice place to live but I’m hoping it won’t turn getto soon:-(
