Starting prices at 2.5 million...goodluck Lennar. Wow the homes don't look to upscale . Not much room between lots.

more of the natural beauty of YL getting replaced by cookie cutter homes, the bridge running over the trail is a nice touch at least.

As of today, they have 3 model homes built with an office inside one of them. They have hours posted but are not open during those times...I'm assuming they are by appointment-only for now.
